Occupation: Film Maker

About me: I am a Vancouver-based filmmaker and new media artist who likes to work in a variety of worlds. After studying communication, film, and philosophy at Simon Fraser University, I moved to New York City in the late nineties to help launch one of the first broadband entertainment companies to bring the guerrilla documentary video explosion to the mainstream. I have since freelanced for clients in New York, Montreal, Toronto, and Los Angeles, working on a wide range of film and new media projects.

Since relocating to Vancouver, I have rejoined my alma mater where I produce and direct films and videos for educational and broadcast release. Recent projects include the award-winning broadcast documentary films From the Heart: The Freeman Legacy (2006) and of course The Fraser River Journey: 200 Years of Discovery (2008).
